A guidebook. A roadmap. It's easy to read and understand. It is NOT overwhelming. The book is divided into 10 weeks. The 10 weeks are divided into 7 days and there is a starter thought for each exercise for each day. It doesn't require a lot of time on the part of the reader. The results of your efforts will begin to be realized weeks before you finish the book. Be sure to finish the book though - it's fun and when things start changing in your life - and they will - you won't want them to stop. Dr. Katie is an innovative and inspirational spirit.
